When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order date. Products are drop shipped from licensed distributors and you may receive them as early as 4-8 Business Days, or as late as 2-3 weeks. Ground shipping on average usually arrives within 7-14 business days from order date. Rush shipping on average usually arrives within 3-5 business days from order date.

What is your cancellation, refund or return policy?
1) Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order without explanation.
2) Damaged Goods. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 business days after arrival to your ship-to address. Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you. If a refund is requested, instead of replacement, then damaged goods must be shipped to me for inspection. Refunds on damaged goods are granted up to 30 days from receipt of damaged goods by me and once damage has been confirmed.
3) Return Policy. Returns for non-damaged goods/items purchased from fundraisers are not allowed at this time.
What is the Massachusetts Sales Tax?
The Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.25% and will be applied to all orders.
Payments:
- Payments are accepted via PayPal.com to allow for complete consumer confidence.
- If participating in a fundraiser, payment by cash or check is accepted.
